Information we collect
When you apply to become a retailer we collect the contact and business details you provide in the application form. When you enter a retail code we process that code to direct you to the correct shop; we do not store it against your identity.
How we use it
Application information is used only to assess your application and contact you about it. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in separately, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Retention
Unsuccessful applications are deleted after a reasonable review period. Retail partner records are kept for as long as the partnership is active and as required for accounting obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Security
Data is stored with access controls so that each retail partner can only see their own information.
